Go to the Drive where Delivery program is installed, e.g. Local Disk (C:)

Go to the Delivery Folder (i.e. C:\Program Files\yestelecom\delivery)

Click the "Sharing" Tab

Check "Share this Folder on the Network"
Check "Allow network users to change my files"

NOTE: It is important that both boxes are checked.

Give the Shared Folder a "Share Name" (e.g. Delivery)

Right Click on the Desktop

Select "New"

Select New "Shortcut"

Click "Browse"

Go to My Network Places, Select the Delivery Shared Folder.

In the Delivery Shared Folder, Double Click "Delivery" (or delivery.exe)

Click "Next" then Click "Finish"

IMPORTANT: Right Click the Shortcut Icon and Select Properties
Check that Start In is set to the same folder as in Target

Double Click the new Delivery Icon

Select "W" instead of COM port, Click OK
